What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. Best Luxury Hotels Guide has no account, no form, no newsletter, no audience measurement and no advertising, and it sets no cookies.

What your browser keeps

If you switch between the light and dark display, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage, key theme) so that the next page opens the same way. It is never sent to us, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.

Server and hosting

The pages are files served by our own server, hosted by OVH SAS in France. To send you a page, the server receives your IP address and the details of your request, as with any website. It keeps no log of visits; technical error messages, which can contain an IP address, are used only to keep the site running.

Fonts and every other file come from the same server: reading a page sends no request to a third party.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data about you, object to its processing or receive a copy of it. We keep none, but you can write to emd@mentionbox.be with any question. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
